COVID – Enabler for change

There’s no doubt COVID has created change – for everyone, change wasn’t a choice anymore; it was forcibly thrust upon all of us. As such, the pandemic became an enabler: this new dynamic business environment created opportunities and momentum.

As the proverb goes: “Necessity is the mother of invention”. And whilst there have been hurdles to overcome, it’s been inspirational to watch and work with small business owners as they adapt, use their creativity, and become more agile in order to meet consumer demand. This fast-paced, agile landscape has created an even greater need for small business owners to be able to tap into additional resource.

And that’s where I come in; leveraging my 30+ years of experience in the corporate world to help start-ups and small business owners “get stuff done”.
